Thank you for taking the time to visit our website and find out more about Droitwich Tennis Club, one of the friendliest clubs in the County. Our philosophy is simple; Tennis, like any sport should be enjoyed no matter what your age, background or skill level, and we are very keen to encourage this at the club. Our youngest member is 4 years old, the oldest nearly 92, and with many others in between we have a fantastic group of people at the club.

Taking that first step in joining a new club, where everyone else appears to already know each other, can be a daunting proposition, but I can promise you a warm welcome if you want to come along and have a look; bring a racket and you might even want to join in! You will be more than welcome.

My name is Lee Cowan and I started my role as Head Tennis Coach of Droitwich Tennis Club in January 2012, I now oversee all aspects of the coaching programme. I have high ambitions of progressing Droitwich Tennis Club into a thriving tennis community, to grow and develop new and existing players.

We have three coaches at the club and run a number of groups for both adults and juniors covering all ages and abilities. Whether you are picking up a racket for the first time, returning to the sport after a few years, or are already a proficient player coaching is available that will help you develop your game further. 

I encourage you to give tennis a try, and with many new sessions available at the club, now is as good a time as any to pick up a tennis racket and head to the courts.
